Matt Page is a resident tattoo artist at Victory Tattoo Co in Oakwood, GA. He specializes in neo-traditional, American traditional, and illustrative tattoos.
Before tattooing, Matt spent 13 years as a multidisciplinary designer. Growing up as a military brat, he spent much of his high school years in South Korea, an experience that shaped his creativity and love for art. With over 35 years of drawing under his belt, tattooing was the natural next step.
Matt’s style focuses on bold lines, bright colors, and tattoos that read clearly from 10 feet away.

Matt created and tattooed a custom piece for me recently. He was easy to work with - adjusting the drawing until it was exactly what I wanted. I love the finished piece and am looking forward to working with him again.

A 30% deposit is required to book. Deposits are applied to the final tattoo price. Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer the deposit. No-call/no-shows forfeit the deposit.
We prefer to use our 5% Lidocaine spray to help with pain management during your tattoo. You may use your own numbing method, but please call us beforehand.
